Introduction 

With its overall variety of users (around eighty-five million) throughout the world, it's important to determine the views of lecturers who use Social Learning Network tools. Social Networking Sites (SNS) like Facebook, Myspace, Cyworld and Bebo, which permit users to construct communities and talk and collaborate with each different, came out one after another and attracted the attention of thousands and thousands of humans. There are a number of studies showing that SNS can be used correctly as a learning environment. the principal purpose of SNS isn't the field of training, and that they lack a few useful tools like the library, quiz, task capacities, and so on, that are the main additives of gaining knowledge of control systems (LMS) like moodle and blackboard. Moreover, there may also be masses of beside the point contents in SNS due to the fact they may be for preferred use. due to the extensive reputation of SNS, academic internet websites like Edmodo, Ning, and Value pulse have emerged, which feature pretty just like SNS. within the have a look at finished with the mixed technique, the qualitative and quantitative records had been gathered with an online questionnaire. The findings obtained were interpreted within the framework of cooperative getting to know and the theories of “diffusion of innovations” and “makes use of and gratifications,” and the associated issues had been formed in better training in Kurdistan Region Government.
